Hi! I'm Bri and I'm a Certified Holistic Health Coach and Yoga Teacher.

Before I found yoga and learned how to live a healthy lifestyle I was sad, depressed, addicted to sugar and quickly gaining weight by eating all my favorite comfort foods and laying around being sedentary. When I made the decision to change my circumstances, in 3 months I lost 30lbs by just changing my eating habits and adding a daily walking routine. My total transformation was 52lbs and 4 dress sizes!

In 2018 I became a health and wellness coach with Jenny Craig. I absolutely fell in love with helping to motivate my clients to build and maintain a healthy lifestyle. I watched my clients transform their lives with my guidance and care.

It is my mission to help high functioning women over 35 go from tired and overwhelmed to thriving with more body confidence, more energy, and more happiness in their lives through holistic nutrition coaching, mindset and movement coaching.
